i'm gonna say it again, 2009 sucks. big time.
unfortunately we all cannot go back in time, or fast forward time. we've got to go with the flow and LIVE WITH IT.
a good start to build a considerable distance between your competitors.
bad starts drags you down a bottomless pit.
Try having seeing the aftermath of a minor car crash between an army truck and a civilian car on like, the first day of school.
Try having seeing a DEAD CAT, obviously run over by a car, with bloodstains all over, just like what happens after an accident in movies, on a FINE school day morning.
Try having NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS and INCONSIDERATE SINGAPOREANS, burning incense paper ANYWHERE THEY LIKE, and you cycle through THOSE ASHES.
Try having your whole life being changed slowly, day by day..
Try being so damn unlucky to have GONE FOR A USELESS MOTIVATIONAL WORKSHOP, and JEAPODIZE MY MATHS AEP, WHICH WE HAD A TEST YESTERDAY ON MATRIX, A SUPPOSINGLY EASY CHAPTER, AND JUST BECAUSE OF GOING FOR THAT WORKSHOP AND NOT ATTENDING AEP, TRY HAVING MISS OUT SO MANY THINGS THAT IS ENOUGH FOR YOUR TO FLUNK THE TEST BADLY.
Try having your saturdays ruined by a competition, what's more, VALENTINE'S DAY.
Try having your music theory exam falling on OCTOBER, which is the period of O LEVELS WRITTEN PAPERS.
Try believing that the last important position you have will end in sec 4, just to be of the same position again in sec 5, in a different place.
of course, there are at least good things that come about 09, i thought it to be unbelieveable that my poems would actually be good in the eyes of others. i always thought that they were below standard, WAY below standard (i still think so), until i saw all the positive comments made.

time never flies pass us, it's just that we're too busy with our hectic life that we FORGOT to pay attention to it slowly crawling pass us. we should all slow down and RETHINK OUR LIVES.
what's my ambition? what is my goal? what is my target? many have yet to find an answer to all these questions. one advice, PLAN EARLY, and you will never fail to start early, and end early. Try rather than think, do rather than try. action never fails to work even though a picture paints a thousand words..
