This shouldn't be how i'm feeling. I thought i already looked past all of it..
I'm feeling downright crappy..
I'm not concentrating enough. I keep losing my focus every now and then. It feels so bad. I hate this feeling. I hate jealousy. Not because of valentine's, of course.

Well anyways happy valentine's day. Hope you guys get tonnes of chocolates, obligation or not. Drink more water so you won't get sore throat after today :) Or better, keep gurgling warm salt water after each choco you swallow..joking.

And in a few months time i'm gonna be enlisted, i'm not sure when but i'm sure it'll be within this year. I hope i'll get everything settled by then, tie up all the loose ends and all, in case i don't get a chance to do it when/after i enlist.

And i just realized it's gonna be valentine's day soon.

This year's valentine's will be really different for me :D


It's the first year that i'm gonna be spending valentine's as a non-student. There won't be any red cross event too. Which means it's just another ordinary day for me. Makes no difference to those who don't have someone to be with, valentine's day. Oh well. Nothing to worry about :)

The song i'm playing this sat is Cassis, by Gazette. Again. LOL. It's a rather irritating song to learn, but it actually sounds decent.

I've been watching X Japan's live shows on youtube again. ALL of them are so epic. Their fast songs are scarily epic, their ballads are pleasant. There's this song called X which is like their band anthem. Go watch the live shows, especially the 1993, the last live, and the hide memorial summit ones, and you'll have a new definition of PURE AWESOMENESS. Totally inspiring. We are X!

It's so hard to write a nice song! I've had many attempts but i keep going off key, and end up throwing the entire idea away. The vocal lines are so hard to conceive............

I feel so drained.

Hi all.

I hate posers.

I hate dramatic people.

I hate it when people posts some Truth-of-Life style posts (E.G, life sucks, love sucks, this sucks, that sucks, fml (especially this -.-), this happens because that happens, etc etc) and they act like, "Oh yeah, you can relate to my post. I'm the most understanding person in your friend/contact list. Worship me.". It's ok to post things that you are going through! What's the difference? DON'T keep posting it! Don't spam it. Better yet, don't post it. YES, we know life sucks, we know love sucks, we know you like to f your life, but please, don't keep reminding us of it. It might look cool that you got a "Love sucks. Fml." on your facebook wall or whatever, but to me it's really just showing off. Seeking attention. Now do note that i'm not picking on any single person. I'm talking about people on the internet in general. Yeah, the internet makes people stupid.

I hate people who PRETEND to be sad to get attention. It's obvious when you're really sad, humans ain't stupid enough to believe "I'm tired of living. Fml". Cause we know, you're just saying it. How about people who really are tired of living? Because of these attention seekers we fail to realize how true such a sentence can be. Then there're those where they, "Oh i'm so gonna get drunk and drown all my sorrows" type. Works in the movies, in real life it just makes you look really really stupid. There's also the (something)-is-my-life type. Attention seeking at it's finest, they just want to have something in common with everyone or someone they know. Chances are, for most people (especially singaporeans), whatever thing that is their life, their passion for it will die down in mere seconds.

I hate justin bieber. Needs no explanation, i just hate him.

I hate pop and electronica or anything that's really fake. They sound so similar nowadays anyways. Pop was ok say, a few years back. That's because the singers really have a good voice, they really have a passion for singing, they really SING. Now with autotuners, even the world's worst singer can become a pop star. I don't like electronic music more than pop. Pop used to be decent. Electronica was never decent. Random idiots who finds a freeware that makes simple beats and tunes could release an electronic type of garbage album. Music is all about computers now, which makes rock bands and metal bands the only ones producing music through skills that they have honed for years and years. Not some overnight sitting in front of your computer shit. lol.

I hate what i hate. Talk more later. Eat now.

She was the perfect girl anyone could've ever dreamed of. She's beautiful, and she has a wonderful smile (thinking about it makes me regret not sleeping longer. Thanks to my mother who called and woke me up -.-), but anyone who's sane enough would know that such a girl could never ever exist in real life. No one in this world is THAT perfect. We love who we love only because we learn to love their flaws along with their perfections, therefore your soulmate is always perfect in your eyes. Yup, i saw her in my dreams, but only in my dreams does she exist. And no, i still love the one i love, even if the girl in my dreams really do exist. (The girl in my dreams, makes a good song title :D) That's because, although she's really perfection, the one i love is BEYOND perfection in my eyes. I mean it. Mushy or cheesy or disgusting whatever you call it, that's the only way i can phrase it.

Back to topic! There's no topic but i'm gonna make one since i don't wanna just post about the above. Makes me feel like i'm being dramatic like most of the people on the internet.

CNY was..boring. As usual. But the one thing that shocked me the most this year was the amount of red packet money. I was expecting it to be below 200, and barely over a 100..it turned out to be 404 (OMFLZCZXCZXCZXCZXCZXC couldn't even described how OML i was when i found out). With 404, i'm gonna top it up abit and BUY A secondhand SEVEN STRING GUITAR! That's way cool. I can't wait shopping for it.

Ok so you guys might be thinking, BUY SO MANY GUITARS WASTE MONEY WHEN YOU'VE ALREADY 3 GUITARS AND A BASS. Nope, it's all different, the ones i bought.

My first was a lousy SX strat copy copy. No typos there. SX is a spain guitar company, and the original was a SX Stratocaster Copy. The one i got was a cheap one, it's a china copy of the copy. Talk about piracy lol. 21 frets (IT'S NOT EVEN 22!) with unknown body and neck and fretboard wood, and a standard strat bridge which allows the use of the whammy bar/tremolo bar, but you can't pull it up.

The next was a 24 fret TGM Bass. Sounds ok, probably needs a bit of set up, but i'm not really into basses YET, so i just play it as it is for now.

3rd we have the expensive Ibanez S4570-F. It's a prestige, which is like the higher end of Ibanez guitars. Thanks to my dad who got it for me. Here's what's really important. It's 24 frets with a mahogany body, maply neck and rosewood fretboard if i'm not wrong, and it has a edge zero bridge i think. Not sure if it's edge zero or edge III or whatever, but it's a floyd rose bridge, and unlike the strat's bridge on the SX, you can either pull up or push down to tighten the string tension or loosen it. Meaning the note being played will change in pitch.

Lastly, but not for long, would be the Epiphone SG G-400. 22 frets with a stopbar tail piece and a tune-o-matic for the bridge. It has no whammy bar (or tremolo bar) slot, which means wacky whammy stuff can't be done on that guitar. The frets are also kinda thinner, and it has a shorter scale, which means the string that's vibrating when strummed. It's a totally different feel from the Ibanez. I use this for my band :)

The main difference is their bridge! The secondary difference is the scale length of the guitar, which, when you play, will give a totally different feel to it. The neck's thickness is also different, the tones are different too. So they're all guitars, but they're different :)

Now, the 7-string that i'm looking to buy, should have 24 frets and a floyd rose bridge, coil splitting, which means it probably is a HH or a HSH (if there are reasonable cheap) (HH= Humbucker + Humbucker, HSH = Humbucker + Single coil + Humbucker, referring to the pickups), hopefuly mahogany body with rosewood fretboard (i'm not that picky about the wood), and that's it. I wanna get this because there's an extra low B string.

There is an 8 string too, but i'm not gonna buy that ever because it just looks ridiculous.

There's also 12 string guitars, i might get that when i become really really pro. It's more for rhythmic sections to make the sections sound nicer with the added harmonics and all i think. Not sure.
